Hardcover book printing quality inspection
1. Separate editions, especially if a foreign-funded factory prints multiple editions of the same book, without mixing editions, pay attention to graphics, text, logos, etc.
2. The front and back are printed without misprinting, the front and back are printed on the right, the overprint is accurate, and the error is ≤0.2mm.
3. The printing hue is in full compliance with the color draft provided by the customer, using German R410 hue densitometer, the main picture color difference is in the range of ±3%.
4. Printed pictures, clipped pictures and clipped colors on the front and back.
5. The text and pattern are clear, and the gloss layering is strong.
6. The dots are full, 5% of the fine nets are not lost, the larger dots are smooth and not smeared, and the dot increase value is ≤10%.
