Hardcover book process
A process of making hardcover books with a single machine and by hand. The process is divided into three lines, namely book block, book cover and sleeve.
Book block processing flow: start of semi-finished printed sheet → bumping → cutting → gluing and sleeve pages → gluing ring lining → collating → threading → semi-finished product inspection → flattening → stacking and flattening → cutting book → binding book → applying adhesive~ →Dry separate book→Cut book→
Apply adhesive → round off → ridge → apply adhesive →
Moisture→adhesive bookmark ribbon→adhesive plug cloth→adhesive→adhesive book back cloth→adhesive book back paper→adhesive→adhesive web paper.
Book seal processing process: Calculate the size of each material of the book shell → open material → apply adhesive → shell assembly → shell plug corner → flattening → natural drying → hot stamping.
Sleeve processing flow: apply middle seam adhesive → cover the shell → press groove → sweep lining → flatten and set the shape → natural drying → finished product inspection → package protection and seal → packaging labeling
