How to format the brochure
After opening the word document, click “File”-“Page Settings” in the upper left corner,
There is a “Normal” on the right of “Page Range” in the middle of the “Page Margins” tab of the opened dialog box,
Click the small triangle at the back, and click “Book Folding” from the drop-down box that pops out.
Click “OK” again. The page number setting is the same as that of a normal word document. Click “Insert”-“Page Number” in the task bar, so that the printed page numbers are automatically correct.
When printing, please pay attention to change the printing direction to “horizontal” or change the binding direction to “short edge” according to the different printers, otherwise you will find that the printed booklet text is upside down.
Just place the staples directly in the middle seam when binding.
